My knee and back hurt too much to sleep right now. The knee thing is pretty recent; I don't know what I could have done to it. It's almost unbearable about 40% of the time, the other 60% is merely annoying. Anytime I bend it I just want to yell "FUUUUUCK" and curse the heavens.
